to the "CFI - Climate Change, Financial Markets and Innovation" - website.
Typically, issues of climate change, climate change , adaptation and innovation are addressed as technical and scientific problems. Concerning the domain of economics, questions regarding the real economic and regulatory issues dominate the scholarly landscape. The financial sector is largely ignored in the context of this research .
The project "Climate Change, Financial Markets and Innovation" (CFI), funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research ( BMBF) addressed these shortcomings, and centers the financial sector and its actors.
The Sustainable Business Institute (SBI), designed and implemented the agenda of the CFI project respectively the agenda of the BMBF in collaboration with national and international partners from academia and industry.
For the support of the project and the excellent collaboration during the Sustainable Business Institute (SBI) and the scientific partners warmly thank the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) , the project sponsor DLR and the members of the "Climate Change Finance Forum" and all other partners, workshop and conference participants, as well as all those who have contributed with many suggestions and criticism to projects' success.
